Setup

The Setup chapter describes the required services and apps for Wrangler UCMC to operate. A prerequisite is that Yarnman server has been installed. This is described in Yarnman Setup Guide under interfaces chapter Yarnman Installation and Setup - for yarnman 2.5.x
