Populate fields as required
Select Save New Site
Follow Steps 1 to 8 from To Skip CUCM-EM and CUCM-USERS for migration section above
Select the ‘Dummy’ site created from Allocated Site drop down and During Site Load from Change At,then Review Bulk Changes
Select Apply Bulk Changes to allocate all the previously unallocated CUCM-EM and CUCM-USERS to the created dummy site
