Most likely reason for this error is that interconnect service has not been initiated. To solve the problem, from Yarnman Adminstration App
Open Services, check that there is 1 or more interconnect services existing
If there are no Interconnect services which is the most likely issue, select Services from Menu, then + Add Service, from drop down select Interconnect Service
Populate Service Name Field, select node from Node / Arm field drop down, then select Submit
If the Interconnect service exist but still gettting getting error, open the Interconnect Service from Services, then select Restart Service from top right hand of screen
