No Interconnect-Services Running!

 Problem

Error "message": "There are currently no interconnect-services running!" when testing UC connection from Yarnman, there are no interconnect services running. Interconnect services are required for communications between Yarnman and external systems.

 Solution

Most likely reason for this error is that interconnect service has not been initiated. To solve the problem, from Yarnman Adminstration App

1. Open Services, check that there is 1 or more interconnect services existing
   
   

   Open

   

2. If there are no Interconnect services, select Services from Menu, then + Add Service, from drop down select Interconnect Service

    

   Populate Service Name Field, select node from Node / Arm field drop down, then select Submit

    

3. If the Interconnect service exist but still getting error, open the Interconnect Service from Services, then select Restart Service from top right hand of screen
