Problem

Testmate Cannot start test plan or connect to JTAPI

Solution

  1. Check that the devices are registered

  2. Ensure that JTAPI and Jade Berlin is configured and test connection passes Testmate Setup and Administration | JTAPI nodes

  3. Check CUCM permissions
